Dublicate your base and set to screen 100%. Dublicate that layer too.<br /><br />3. Dublicate again your base, drag it to the top and set to softlight 100%.<br /><br />4. Make a new layer and fill it with #001852 and set to Exclusion 70%.<br /><br />5. Dublicate again your base and drag it the top. Desaturate it. And set it to <br />Hardlight 50%.<br /><br />6. Fill a new layer again with #001852 and set to Exclusion 70%<br /><br />7. Okay it's time for some Selective Coloring (Layer &gt;&gt; New adjustment layer &gt;&gt; Selective Coloring), <br />just a little bit:<br /><br />Reds:<br />- Cyan: -100<br />- Magenta: 0<br />- Yellow: -100<br />- Black: 0<br /><br />Neutrals:<br />- Cyan: -20<br />- Magenta: 0<br />- Yellow: 0<br />- Black: 0<br /><br />8. And your finished!
